RACE INFORMATION
The Spring Thaw starts and finishes at Veterans Memorial Park. You'll wind through the local neighborhoods and Mentor Lagoons as part of the 10 Mile course.
START LOCATION: Lake Metroparks Veterans Park

START TIME: 8:00 am (10 Miler), 8:15 am (5K)
TIME LIMIT: 3 hours
PARKING: Parking will be located at Shore Middle School

We will have 4 water stops on the course.
